What are 'eutectics'? I use chargers here, is that a fancy name for the same thing?

They are the best named T1 Cap Recharger and cost usually around 9M.

As of last months patch most lvl 4s are moderatly harder. I used to run all the angel mission with a Ferox and needed few if any warp out. They are much harder now in a border line ship.
you run L4 missions in a BC? thats amazing...

I did Infiltrated Outposts for the first time solo last night, I have 3.2 mill SP. Not the same ship but Raven and Domi are both excellent PvE ships. I had to Warp out once but I accidentally aggroed the whole instance with my Drones in the 2nd stage  This is much easier than any other lvl 4 missions I have done with maybe the exception of Duo of Death.
Why weren't you pre-aligned and ready to warp out instantly? You shouldn't be bumping to try and warp out you should already be in a position that it warps you out as soon as you click the button.

I ran a Sansha mission in my Ferox before I got my raven, they do no damage at all so long you keep them at range.

Yes missions level 4 are doable in BC.
Not that it is easy and you can do "every single mission" with it, but for example, level 4 silence the informant is very doable.
I do it with that kind of fitting.
Hi :
5 'arbalest heavy'
2 Medium Knave energy drain
Med :
3 Large shield extender II
2 Invul field II against drone or sansha or 2 active hardener II (kinetic/thermal against guristas).
Low :
4 Shield power relay I
