we believe NPC corporation mechanics should be changed.
If new players join the game they should have 2 months to live in all security by a NPC corp wich is free from dec's
not from any other gameplay.
After 2 months (or a time that seems good for the mechanics, SP and there gameplay) they should be removed to a NPC corporation wich can have a war dec or they should make their own corporation. Or join corporations like, Brave newb, RvB, Eve-uni, Goonswarm ( has a newplayer system goin on from what i read) any many others, these are corporations that most likely wont steel new players assets 
I dont like to see griefers, gankers, miners any kind of alts hiding in NPC coprorations it is unfair towards people who don't hide
all those people outrun the system by that. Players should either make a own corporation or be in a NPC corp that can be at war at the cost of any normal war deccs inc. the cost of any players above 51.
This wil not interfear on how people want to play the game, if they are scared of the system maby we should give them a bit of help by giving them a little push in the back. It will sort out a bit of those that live on the back of the system aswell.

Against wild sheeps corporation less miners with orca, hulks and covetors these toy's dont belong in NPC free of the system corporations, NPC corp sheeps, we like domesticated sheeps.
griefers (any kind), people who join eve as newb with any reason to grief only becouse they hear it's cool now to be a griefer/ganker in EVE, griefer alts . We believe players should be killed (not griefed) by the meaning and the heart of the game. Not becouse they mine and you dont like it, not becouse one does PVE and you dont like it, not becouse one does FW and he happens to earn LP with it and you dont like that. Everything in eve should be done by the love of the game, not becouse YOU DONT LIKE HOW HOW THEY PLAY! inc autopilot users aswell, kill everything becouse you can not becouse you dont like the way people play. Please dont act like old people who can't stand anything in their neighbourhood. Play eve for the game!

And some people in NPC corps are too fearful to move to "proper" corporations because any smart cat can wage war on those same corporations unprovoked and with impunity. Those 11% taxes are worth avoiding that hassle!
If war declarations were "fixed" it would be different, but since CCP is okay with how they work and how they create content, that shouldn't be happening anytime soon. At least people can still opt out of this system with NPC corporations.
If that makes a player bad, guess you will have to deal with it! |

I see the "protection" of NPC corps being used by ganker and gankee alike.
Just have the NPC corporations declare war on each other occasionally. That'll stir things up.

It is a bit odd to find the usual whiners actually not getting behind an idea that nerfs NPC corps. You same scrubs have been asking for roughly the same thing for months now. What's wrong... is OP not one of the cool kids?
Anyways, make the NPC corp tax 50% and make it affect all PVE in highsec, so mining cycle times for example are increased by 100%, loot drops and bounties cut in half. Give players a reason to stay instead of forcing them through forced mechanics |
