Devs please read before you lock this thread, they are not betting on football games, they are betting on Teams I have created. I am only using football scores to determine actual winners so I can't scam anyone, Just like others use Lotto Numbers to determine there winners so they can't scam anyone.
The Amarr Steelers went straight into the Home System of the Caldari Jaguars and fought a long hard battle. Both Teams started with 11 ships, the Amarr switched up into Malidictions while the Caldari stuck with the all time favorite Crows.
It was a very slow fight at first, the Amarr Empire tanked the Caldari Crows for a long while, staying out of range of those rockets and light missles. But soon it went all wrong for Amarr Empire. The Caldari Jaguars got in close range, used there webs and scored multiple kills.
Those that bet on the Amarr lost this battle. They needed to wipe out the entire Caldari fleet for your bet to hold but they didnt.
Those that bet on the Caldari walk away today with a win. The Caldari only needed to save 3.5 of there ships, but walked away with all of them.
Congratz to the winners, Better Luck Next time to the losers.

Each Battle will have 22 ships total, 11 from each team going head to head. I will start the betting on Friday with lines.

good idea, don't lock this please mods, he is doing the same exact thing i do for my lottos. Using rl results to determine an ingame winner, except he has a nice rp twist to it!

If the winners are determined by who wins the football game, how is this any different from betting on the football game?
All of the games listed this week are happening under the same names. The Bengals are playing the Steelers, The Packers are playing the Lions, and the Ravens are playing the Browns.
There isnt any information about what "favored" means to the betting system and no information about exactly how the winner is determined "other than randomly selected football scores", i might as well say "randomly selected numbers" if its random.
It doesnt make sense if its random, if its not random, its betting on football.
You're betting on football.

It's same thing people are doing with lottery numbers. They are betting on the lottery. Anyway, its already been discussed, long as I do an actual fight of some sort and blow up a the losing ship it works.
Anyway its not for dicussion. Start a new thread if you like.
