If I'd known hot fixes were being depolyed in downtime i would have left a long skill training (7 day Skill training) Instead of timing one to end shortly after DT.
I swear it wasn't on the login page when I logged in. If you are gonna do emergency hotfixes a little warning would be appreciated. as you guys constantly mention " Mr Murphy" Always has a play in things.
Obviously Im in the same boat as alot of other people. But the Blow could have been lessened if we knew you were doing it in the first place.
Ah well. |

Agree, except for a few points.
Assteroids : Hemo i.e. blood. Do you really want a donkey up there?
Black boxes : they're are only so strong because of their internal structure. To make an entire plane like that would make the plane so heavy and stiff as to heave rather poor aerodynamics, not to mention the power required tha get the thing airborne and operate any control surfaces would be so immense as to make the whole thing not unlike trying to fly the empire state building. Besides that, the aforementioned internal structure reinforcements would leave no space for passengers or cargo.
Apes : We dont all evolve forwards. See "Dubya" under "White House"

frustrated here and combined with the other unexpected downtimes, server reboots, nodes that crash when your forming a gang and jump thru a gate, claoking bug etc etc whatyou have shoved to us down our throats.. at least give us some slack and INFORM US WHEN YOU DO PLAN THE HOTFIX!!!!!!!!!
Information is might! The way it is done now, is really not customer serviced, really is not. I am very very pleased of the overall customer service, but seeing this happen today makes me wonder if we are just dumb meat or are we being seen as their salary? Either way, I feel 'left out' or not taken serious this way.
Dontget me wrong, I do see the need for improvements. But inform us so we can adjust our plans to it (skilltraining etc...)
Oh well..no whining.. There's not much else that can provide so much fun for only 14Ç a month.. But it is very frustrating... :D

What I like is the way the news message warning about possible extentions of the usual downtimes for hot fixes was posted _after_ downtime had already started.
