Not to sound flippant but those who ordered and gave isk to this moron deserve to not be refunded due to the 2 stickyed post by GM's Dev'S AND Concerened Eve pilots

So if you buy from a less then 1 day old to 15 day old account your considered to be a true utter idiot in my book BUT if you did not follow the rules as stated in the stickyed post then you are the epitamy of epic moronic stupidity.
However saying that the seller or in this case the scammer deserves to be flogged repeatedly.
So if enough buyers lose their harderned isk by not being refunded due to NOT following the stated Buying proceedures for time cards perhaps the scammers will leave? or be alot fewer of them patroling our forum boards

then my tirade was not pointed at you in that case 
but the sellers crap name should have been a give away. Glade you took precautions and followed the stated proceedures. hopefully this moron did not get away with laundering his ill gotten gains and got the CCP(tm) boot up his ass for his efforts

Please follow the guidelines in the sales forum stickies before buying GTCs.
A lack of corp history, bio and/or strange name are good indicators of a scam as are a lack of history selling GTCs, on-line translator type conversations or unwillingness to follow the new sell rules.
