Have you seen anyone actually selling at the "going rate" recently? i.e. if you are offering 150k, is anyone willing to sell to you? Because if not, then 150k is no longer the going rate.
The "going rate" is decided by supply and demand. Considering how long ago the supply dried up, I would not be surprised if the price is finally going up.

expensive? ppl have been spoiled with cheap harvs for long due to those cheating b*stards that duped harvs or what it was they did. harvs have not dropped for months(i have heard that some ppl have looted a cpl of harvs since they nerfed them, but dont know if it is true)
if u pay 200k for a harv u will have your isk back within 2 hours, if u pay 500k it will take u 5-6 hours until u have your isk back
edit: so 300k for a harv is more then ok
