the omni tracking enhancer is pretty nice especially if you're using medium/heavies.
Not sure on the math but a full enhancer sounds like it would do more than a 3rd dda. |

May I recommend Eve Fitting Tool sometimes referred to as EFT:
https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=24359
This will simulate different fits and show most stats. And for drones, it is more accurate than ingame mouseovers.

raw dps you see in eft or ingame fitting window does not account for your target's speed and other factors.
SInce drones are counted as turret based, they fall under the rules of regular gun mechanics such as optimals and tracking speed.
Sure if you're hitting a big fat battleship your drones will almost always be doing full damage, however as soon as the targets get smaller, the tracking game picks up and sometimes your drones can completely miss targets!
With the tracking enhancer you can improve your ACTUAL damage a lot more on smaller targets than a 3rd dda would. |

that is what i dont need then. medium drones have ok tracking , what i want is killing battleships faster. |

Then dda
The only major drawback is the crazed notion that the inventory would look so much better if merely rearranged ONE MORE TIME.

What you really need is to ditch the Pilgrim and load out a Stratios. It will warp cloaked -- which I'm assuming is why you want the Pilgrim -- and dish out twice the damage easily. Surely training Gallente cruiser to 4 (or, yes, 5) isn't that much of a burden, right? |

i choosed pilgrim couse of cloack and couse of his base resis.since im doing angels thats the kind of resis i need to survive 5/10. in my opinion stratios dosent have a chance vs 5/10 while pilgrim does. |

Strat is easily capable of a 5/10, base resists plus superior drone damage and much better fitting.

What kind of tank numbers would make you comfortable? The Angel 5/10 is relatively easy as they go. I've made it through both BR and Serpentis 5s in one and wouldn't hesitate to take in a properly fit Stratios. |

got a example of that fit maybe? i guess resis enough to take the damage and keep shooting down ships. you say you did 5/10 in strat? thats really hard for me to belive since i got plenty of tank and my shields do go down very low sometimes. idk...maybe im a bad pilot then =) |

afterburner helps a lot with incoming damage, especially in a smaller ship like a cruiser.
That combined with stratios natural resists makes it a very tough ship |

Ishtar can't warp cloaked.
But yeah, it's better for damage. |
