Pretty close to quitting this game after 2 years of fighting the good fight.
I never sploited, tried hard not to smack (but didnt always succeed), but always tried to play the game fairly and as a game but it seems that almost everyone you come across now feels the need to cheat or use the lamest possible tactics to "win" (this is not a reference to the BS i just lost, that was me just being frustrated and stupid).
Spies in your gang, spies on your TS, stabbed up sniper ravens, log on traps, logging off to avoid bubbles etc, it is almost impossible to just get a decent fight out of anyone and the fun factor is almost non-existent anymore, its gets so that unless you go down the lame route you are destined always to lose.
I don't know if it has always been this way and i just never noticed but it is all i ever seem to come across these days and it just is not fun anymore.

Well if that's lame, go leave and do something else in EVE.
Away from the lamers.
EVE is big, don't act as if there's only one option for a profession.

Do you really think thats all you can do, missions and deep 0.0 PvP against lame corporations?
If you really do, you're blind.
I am probably taking part in over 15 professions at the moment in EVE (none of which are mining or mission running)... so to be honest, I don't see what you're going on about. If one of those professions got boring, it wouldn't be that big a deal.

We do, these are all people with alts in the alliance.
Anyway, I knew i would regret posting as soon as i did, on the forums as in the game everyone has to "win".

If you don't like X activity in EVE, don't do it. Go try Y. Don't post on the forum and whine and say you're quitting, and then complain and edit your post when people tell you that you are indeed closed-minded and wrong.
