Cosmos missions standing increases messed up?

Martinez Federation of Freedom Fighters Executive Outcomes	Posted - 2006.09.20 15:32:00 - [1] i have been doing cosmos missions with an alt and before dragon came out doing important missions for amarr gave me a bonus to caldari standing. average boost would be .01 to .02 per important mission completed. i started caldari missions to get a boost to amarr standing with similar boosts to amarr standing finishing caldari missions. since dragon i have completed 13 important cosmos missions and not had one boost to standing since to amarr. under trasactions it says i got a boost but no visiable boost to standing. so i would say i am missing between .13 and .26 in standing. has this happened to anyone else?
Arrs Grazznic Freelancer Association	Posted - 2006.09.20 16:06:00 - [2] This is a known bug, though it doesn't seem to be listed on the current 'known issues' page anymore. The reported bug stated that the derived standing changes are listed but your actual standing is not altered. When you complete an important mission you gain standing with the faction the important mission was for. You also receive derived standing gains and losses to other factions as described in this post. This is all fine and dandy, however there seems to be a limit on how high (or low) the derived standing changes will alter your standing. This limit seems based on the inter-faction standings and possibly the size of the factions, but the actual formula is not known. Basically, there is a limit to how much derived standings alter your standings and there is an outstanding bug on that you see derived standing changes on your character sheet when nothing actually changes.
