Eh I'm not a big believer in pod killing. I've never done it and I probably never will. Let the guy warp away with his egg and his dignity.

Hey I gave him like 10 sec plus the time it took me to lock his pod to warp away...
Yes it took me 10 sec to see that I won the fight and then to deside if I should pop the pod... first kill I was suprised I won even though the poor guy was like a day old

man my first kill was such an awesome feeling! i still get the feeling to this day during battle and the ensuing destruction of an opponent.

i enjoy the feel of a popping pod.... however..... i do have a channel to myself just for ransoming.... cant get cash by killing a pod..... so i DO give folks time to pay up.... BUT... most of the time the guy will either turn down the convo invite or just flat out say "NO"..... therefore killing a pod is justified.
Q: "what if they lose SP by not having a clone set up?" A: if the person was not smart enough to upgrade their clone...... not my fault and/or concern.

I used to podkill anyone i used to fight, from noob to older player, i didnt discriminate. Once my sec got to -9.6 i decided that i would just ransom older pods and let younger ones go as there was more chance of the older players having expensive implants. Plus its a little more healthy on the Sec Status .
