nah caladaris dont really need advance to 5, its hardly the issue. or shall i say never. when a caladari is missing power grid its usually 200 or something not 10-30

Depends. If you're planning on spending more time in a Raven, then Torp Spec 5 or Cruise Spec 5 (depending on which you use more).
If you want to play with Minmatar battleships a bit, then Minmatar Battleship 5. 8x 1400mm II Maelstroms could be...interesting.
On the other hand, you have less than 5.3 million SP in gunnery, so you'd kinda suck monkey balls in a gunship, so I'd say scrap the Maelstrom idea and go for Cruise/Torp spec.
