Gas cloud mining is certainly in Kali, I don't know if it'll be Kali1, I'd say unlikely as there have been very few dev blog entries on it.

alright tnx.. i just remember one time mabye 1 year ago it was said that Comet mining would be in Kali.

Gas clouds will be in kali as they are link to the combat boosters, it has been said in dev bloggs that they are definately doing those and im sure i read about them doing the graphics for the gas clouds as well.
as for comets im not sure im afraid. but i know alot will open up when they start to do the exploration side of things more.
