When a player is reported for botting or botmining.... and CCP agrees its botting, give the reported -10 in standing and thereby give all possibility to rip them a New one without any fuzz or Buzz. |

Good and funny idea for higsec - i love it! 
What about lowsec and nullsec? This -10 sec status change nothing. |

But i'd much rather they just get banned and banned HARD... BARKEEEP!!! A round IPBANs all around for everyone please! |

The Faction Police will just shoot them down before you can do anything. So it's useless in Highsec as well

Better than current punishment...
30 day ban against someone they THINK is botting, only to have to replace game time when they make a mistake, all while not replacing potential lost income |

If this happens it should be -9.5 or something similar since right now getting a perfect -10.0 standing is kind of an achievement. |

As an aside IP bans are (sadly) a bad thing - lots of people play from uni, etc. family sharing a connection, increasingly ISPs using carrier grade NAT on their cheapest offerings and so on. |

And any mass botter left has gone through some intense evolution s to escape notice. Their toons are probably not all in one spot, there is probably are a delay between commands mimicking a medium attentive miner.
