No such calculator exists. And won't exist either as long as we don't know the base LP values of missions and what formulas or coefficients are used for calculating the effects of sec rating of the agent system and agents level/quality.
It might even be impossible to find out the base LP values for missions because those are determined dynamically over time based on how long it takes people to finish them.

You won't be able to work out the base LP for many missions as the rewards are calculated dynamically based upon the average time it takes to complete the missions, however it may be possible to work out the effect of agent quality and system security level on the LP rewards.
I looked into this a couple of months ago, but didn't really get very far. There was no simple linear correlation between agent quality and LP rewards. I suspect that an agent's corp size as well as his quality and the system sec level all play a part.
Hmm... I may just look into this again, after trying to figure out how the caps on deriveed faction standings are applied...

Things that SURELY influence LP gains for the SAME mission taken from various agents: - TYPE of agent (command give out best LP, sec and intsec next, all others lousy LPs... at least for "kill" missions) - effective quality of agent (base quality + effective agent standing + 5*negotiations) - sec rating of system agent is located in
Things that PROBABLY (not certainy) influence LP gains: - agent corp size - agent corp type - faction standings - region

The influence is huge.
Figures are with relevant connections skills trained to 4 .7 q16 agent max lp 6k .5 q18 agnet max lp 8k .1 q20 agent max lp 12k
I'm sure someone somewhere made a big fancy table with maxes, but those are from my experience.

lvl4, (eq=44)q=18, security status=0.9 - maximum was about 4900 LP so far
i do however get more LP from Intelligence eq=44 agent than from Command eq=41 agent. both located in 0.9 systems.

Has the Int Agent a higher (base) Quality then the Command one? Again, there are most definitely flaws with this data. For example, the last two values on the above list came from the same agent... which makes no sense as he should be giving the same LP/min for all missions. This is what leads me to believe there is a hidden "failure rate" value.
Perhaps nothing exact can be derived from this data, but it does provide a rough overview for what the LP payout is for agents in the 0.5-0.7 region.

At first, I was going to try and see if I could establish sort of linear relationship. If there is such a relationship, it is including more variables than I took into account, such as true system security, agent "effective" quality, and mission failure rates. I think failure rates may be a factor as I was getting different LP/minute values for the same agent.
