Does anyone know if the Scorpion's bonuses are applied to ECM Burst Modules?

there is a good chance i am wrong, but i think that ECM bursts are broken anyways.

It works and the bonuses do apply.

They do apply to burst, radius effect ecm. I know this, because i just equiped one, and the bonuses go above what my skills would grant, and the difference is exactly what it would be with the scorpion bonuses applied.
Forgive these numbers as i'm still in the office.. But the base strength for what i equiped was 6 across the board. My skills alone only boosted it to a 7.something in a black bird, however in the scorpion it was a strength 9, with the apporpriate range bonus too.

Maybe, but in a 0.0 fleet situation, most of the time the Scorp wouldn't have another friendly within 100km. I can see the utility in wanting to inta-jam a couple of inconvenient tacklers and making a getaway.

They don't jam like normal ecm, they just break the lock of anything that can target if they are caught in the area effect with the same sort of chance role with ecm modules. The ships/drones can start to target again straight away, but you dont get another chance to break the lock for another 30 seconds of its cycle time.
When I say they break the lock of anything in their effective range that includes friendlies/gang members etc.
