sorry if this is in the wrong forum but the forums are a bit confusing  .
Well I tried to sign up for the trial account using a credit card but for some reason it didn't work, I got the "Card Not Authorized [0069]" message.
I contacted support and they told me to try a few times because there was a slight problem with the service.
And so I did, 8 times I tried and neither worked.
So I bought a game time card from Scattered crystal instead and that worked fine.
However I just checked my bank account and I noticed that the card did work !!
All 8 times however my account never got activated.
Needless to say I just lost 118 euro for nothing.
I have contacted support again about this but I wonder from anyone else that maybe have had the same problem, did you get a refund for this ??

Yikes, I wish you the best of luck in sorting this out mate, that's pretty serious.
I don't have them but i'm sure some other forumite can provide you with the correct direct e-mail addresses for the people you need to be talking to.

Petition it mate, select the billing and account option. They should sort it out easily enough for you then

Nope, every now and then someone comes on here with a billing problem so please don't feel like you are stupid, it's not your fault.

Just petition this and they will fix it.
It's actualy no bigy if you act soon.
And if for some reason you won't get answare from CCP within few days you can always talk to your bank and they can cancel the transactions.

Well they haven't directly drawn any money yet.
The amount is "protected" so I do hope they can cancel it.

WOW that sux. I would petition it either thru this website at the "My petitions" tab or the ingame petition. Save a copy of your creditcard reciept and request that the money that you were over charged be put back into your card. Also include ALL e-mails and headers with your petition. Send a copy of your creditcard reciept to them if they should ask. You can also approach ccp directly if the issue dont get resolved. their website is www.ccpgames.com Good Luck M8

hmm not quite like your situation but similiar:
I got savagely killed and podded in 0.4 for the first time and this ****ed me off enough to cancel my sub. So I did. The page gave me a confirmation but surprise I have been billed again 3 weeks later! lol. So I re-installed the client and still play since then.. I can be such a weirdo
So yes their system seam rather clumky..

Oppss I noticed that I didn't do it 8 times but 6 times .
Still the point stands.
Also there is no sign of who it is.
It just says "protected amount", the amount is the same amount that the subsciption cost tho.

Well there is no date in my account overview on when the amount is gonna be drawn for real from my account.
Just says 00.00.00.00, then "protected amount" and then the amount that is protected.

If it was a credit card you used, phone them up, tell them you didn't get anything for the money. They'll ensure that you don't pay for anything that you didn't get. Credit cards are pretty well protected worldwide.
If it was a debit card, phone them up and explain, they might be able to help.
In any case, keep in touch with CCP but remember that if it was a credit card you're more than likely ok.
