Rule #1 with shield extenders: IF you're going to fit them you MUST fit oversized ones (if those exist). So frigs and destroyer fit mediums, cruiser and up fit large.
You'll have to be a bit more specific in what kind of "sites" you're talking about but the answer will almost never be "a Caracal will do fine". |

Not going to work; your tank is already way too light and EM/thermal will shred the little tank that you have, on top of that you lack outright dps. |

Really because When I run sites in this I can normally soak it all up (even with MSE) and is 151 really too small DPS |

The only major drawback is the crazed notion that the inventory would look so much better if merely rearranged ONE MORE TIME.

I think the biggest anomaly i have done in caracal in high sec was Den. Caracal worked fine in dens. I have not done it, but it is likely that the next higher anomaly after den is probably also doable in caracal.
One option you can consider is replacing hml with rapid light missile launchers.
I notice you don't show drones... You might add those up... more dps is more dps.

But carcals are missile boats not gunboats. I can deal EM danage with Caldari mjolnir missiles |

Unless your mid slots with meta 4 items are limited due to fitting / support skills you might want to consider some of the T2 module variations. As for anything else? A pair of EC-300's (not for use vs. NPC's) make for good chaff/flares should you end up becoming "content" for other players. |

Caracal has 25 m3 drone bay. I don't remember the size of EC-300, are they heavy drones?

if u can fit 25m3 into 10m3 then sure its 25m3 drone bay .. but to answer ur question EC-300-¦s are lights so 2 will fit nicely in there |

No and dps is the least of your concerns. I would suggest you stay way from Sansha Havens and Sanctums.

It does fine until 5/10... as long as you use a SeBo and keep your distance.
Belt rats should be fine, though you'd probably waste way too much time on BS's.
