Got randomly cut off last night, ever since it says Server Status: Unknown and that it's like my network connection, but my connection is fine - been like this for 14~ hours now. Any ideas on what I should do? |

try running ping and/or traceroute to 87.237.38.200 thats the server ip
start -> run -> type cmd and press ok
in command prompt write
ping 87.237.38.200
tracert 87.237.38.200
if you recive lines that say: request timeout its most likely you have packet drops, which can cause that you will have no problems opening pages, even if its slowly, but for games its important that you dont have.
also you can try run ping for a while to make sure your connection to server is stable:
ping -t 87.237.38.200
you can interupt it with ctrl+c after that it will show statistics for packets sends, pakets recived and packets drops, idealy you should have 0 packet drops and not big deviations between min and max response time. if you have a lot packet drops and large time difference, then its problem with your connections and you should contact your isp. |

Yes, it says I'm not connected to the internet, the server is down or something about ports. I reset my router and am re-installing the game - hope it helps. |

Fixed it. The problem? McAfee firewall. |
