What is this "Donations" - "Accepts = Yes" thing for some Agents (lvl3 in my case)? Can I give my Agent a donation in order to get better missions? Also, what is "Location Services", also located under some Agents?

Making "gifts" to your agent will raise your various standings with them, their corp, and their racial faction. However, it is not clear this will improve your chances of getting a BP mission early. Also, note that all of these standings cap at various levels, so don't waste your isk beyond that point.
Location services allow you to find some player if they are within the Agent's search range.

Don't do it! It'll only get you screwed over, my agent is my best friend and he never gets me anything good. When I first started out he gave me exciting missions for exotic modules, then I bribed him and he insists on giving me tame and worthless missions.
Save your money.

Thanks guys! That explains it. One final question thought. How do I donate money to the Agent? IÆm currently not near any Agent to test this but is it one of the options among the others in the ôGive-me-a-missionö windows?

Yes, it's one of the options.
Bribing is useful if you want to rise quickly in standing. For example, I bribed my Minmatar lvl 1 agent heavily to quickly get a 2.0 standing with Concord, which enabled me to get an agent from them at docking.

So how much does it cost to bribe the agent?
Ie. If you bribe a level 1 agent 100k you will get a .05 increase in standing
Just wondered so that I dont waste money
