I'm trying to figure out what the maximum power you can get out of a Remote Sensor Dampener, am I missing anything?
(Assuming flying a Keres or Maulus)
Remote Sensor Dampener II = 17% Script = 100% bonus Gallente Frigate V = 25% bonus Signal Suppression V = 25% bonus
17% x 2 x 1.25 x 1.25 = 53.125% to either targeting range or sensor resolution
Did I miss anything?

Your result is the most you can get out of a single module assuming you have the script loaded and are flying a bonused ship (the Gallente Recons and Malaus, Celestis, Keres are the only ones and have a 5% per level). Signal suppression is the only skill that affects the strength.
To increase strength further you can use the Inverted Signal Field Projectors rigs.
RSD's are stacking-penalised therefore the answer to "What is the maximum dampening for more than one module?" is the same as generally asking "How many stacking-penalised modules can be used before adding more becomes effectively pointless?"
The answer is typically 3-4 before the diminishing return becomes pointlessly small.
Note: There are a few exceptions to the "3-4" rule, most notably Cap Rechargers and Shield Power Relays.
Edit: Forgot about rigs, not sure about ganglinks |

Yes you did, in order of likelihood of being available:
Rig - inverted signal field projector
Fleet bonus: Information Warfare Link - Electronic Superiority II from a max skilled proteus booster
Module: Shadow serpentis remote sensor dampener
I'm not going to calculate how much difference those make for you. |

You'll need to train the EWar optimal and falloff skills (I forget what they're called) to get the most out of RSDs. If you're damping range, they work best when the target is at the edge of their own targeting range, which will normally mean you're operating in falloff for your RSDs. So the more range you can get out of your RSDs, the more effective they'll be. |

It's around 68-69% for executive dampener (storyline), SS damps are not available on TQ. Obviously, with gang stuff, double damp rigs and perfect skills. |

Ok so how much 2 RSD will affect a single target? Around 90+ percents? |

This has less to do with the CRs and SPRs themselves and more to do with the fact that neither of those modules are stacking penalized -- and without the stacking penalty working against them, the last module actually benefits you quite a bit more than the first (in absolute value -- it's the same percentage increase, of course). |

Apparently we're getting censored now. |
