Rating Summary:
I am a repeat customer of C-R-A with BPOs ranging from drones to Battleships. All BPOs were researched and returned at the requested ME/PE levels, except for a smartbomb BPO which they over researched the PE (at no charge to me). Ricdic is very open about his activities, terms and is a long time player of EVE that values his reputation. Research is handled by a large number of player alts, inaddition to those controlled by Ricdic, which allows C-R-A to utilize nearly 100% of its available research slots. C-R-A offers collateral, but charges interest on any ISK transfered to the clients. Some clients have been given collateral in the form of tech2 BPOs and assets. If you require ISK collateral, than I would not recommend looking at one of the other research organizations due to the interest. C-R-A offers two classes of service, business and economy. Business class offers priority at a price. The economy class only guarantees necessary science skills at 3, so you may or may not get the full 25% speed bonus over NPC labs.

Rating Summary:
S-P-R is one of the smaller research operations that is priced below most of the others. As a result, availibility is greatly limited. Jess Ica is easily reachable in game channel. I had several module BPOs dropped off for research, which are still undergoing research.

Rating Summary:
Xindustry offers a limited number of research slots to help offset the costs with running his POSes. Collateral is available and there is no restriction to BPOs researched. Xindustry does not publicize a public channel for contact, but Xiano is easily reachable by mail and quickly responds to questions. I intend on using his service next when I have time to drop them off.

R0ME0 currently has the most mobile labs anchored in empire. Information is not known about whether or not he can utilize all of the space or how many players have take access to the blueprints being researched. His IGB site lets you determine how long it would take to research a BPO (actual time in lab) to desired research level and how much this would cost. This service offers collateral on all BPOs at 90% NPC value, but research is limited to cheaper BPOs. I have not yet used this service for two reasons. His collateral is limited to cheaper BPOs and I do not trust him enough to give him an expensive BPO without collateral. The second reason is that he failed to answer my questions about where I should drop off BPOs if I were to use his service.
