...when they actually received their BP. Must count post-implant missions only for a single L3 agent. Post your results below. This might even be useful data.

450 missions and no BP ive heard someone has more and no BP. But dont think anyone has made it over 500 (they normally give up first)

My friend Xcyborg made over 520 missions and no BP. I can say he is a little disappointed and so do I. 
A thing is random an other is unbalance.

Kenome @325 is the current record holder.
But for those who didn't receive a BP at 350+ I seriously doubt it is a random thing despite what CCP might allege. If it was random the distribution of missions-to-BP would have to be statistically normal, but it is not. Here we have huge multi-standard deviation high end outliers. No my friends... these agents are bugged plain and simple. I hope you all submitted petitions.
Perhaps the more interesting question is: Are the agents bugged, or perhaps the player account is bugged. Did anyone get a BP from a second L3 agent after failing to get one from a first L3 agent?

i have done almost 400 missions for one agent no emprire agent so no bp

Bump can anyone who received or BP over 325 missions post so here. And also can all those who have completed over 325 who havent post as well with the no of completed missions.

About 425 then the BP mission , had a bug couldnt complete so about 450 when complete.
It wasnt a Miner II but that is probably due to the faction/corp/race issue.
I have seen a post about the agent changes coming up .....will that be the cure or the continued curse......I notice people mention social but the never mention Criminal Connections specifically. That made a big diference to my standing with certain corps. I am not a pirate but I have a feeling that it may have an effect on sec status...mine seems slow to climb...even with over 1500 combined missions and 7 Calardi corps at 6.0 standing.
And this is an alt so the sec rate on this is not an issue!!!

In my opinion every player has 2 opportunities to get the BP mission:
The first one between the 250th and the 299th mission.
The second one, if you previously didn't get it, when you complete the 550th.
So after having done the 300th mission without getting the BP, you have to start again.

I have done 465 missions no bp, it's close enough to 500 IMO.

The BP i think only comes from minmatar agent i have seen proof that Aikarla Renatikkin of Pator techschool is giving it. BTW im on mission #225 and no BP but i dont expect it until after #250 
I mean the miner II BP ofcourse

Well, after investigating this, I have to admit it simply looks like you had collossal bad luck. From the server data your agent has never given you the bp mission but is eligable to do so. My only advice at the moment is to keep doing missions for him, eventually he should cough up the bp.

no words... dear Zrakor, the ppl have already done 500+ missions...isnt that pain enough? seriously.. give them their Blueprints!

490 missions and no referals or BP my agent is with Republic Fleet based at the Vakir station in Pator. I know someone else has got the BP from him at mission 320ish.
I would only like to say four words
