Right now the temporary limit is 120.5 Bill Isk total. However as per the business plan and shareholders agreement that can be increased as long as collateral is 120% of invested capital.
Whether this happens or not I will not committ to, but I do think it likely that it will. I have always been clear that I do not expect (or want for that matter) the bond value to climb due to low supply as that would mean that whoever buys will then be getting a poorer return on investment and they guarantees will not really be true guarantees for them.
FIN was always intended to be a solid investment that the "small guy" could get in on to get a good return on their Isk and NOT a speculative investment were a few people buy them early and then sell them for amounts that are completely disproportionate to their yield.

Expected payment for December will be 7.0%

I'm afraid it would not be ethical for me to disclose that. However I will say that nobody holds more than 10 Bill Isk in total, however you should not take that to mean that the highest is 10 Bill Isk either.
