Imagine for a moment that you could hack into a player's genome.
For the span of one clone, you could run around impersonating that person or otherwise abusing the trust of many. You would not have their mind or knowledge obviously, so you could not directly access or see their bank account, or other possessions, nor make forum posts obviously.
The hijacker has access to all of his normal clone's everything. The only thing different is the skin and the name. It only lasts until the next death, or there may be a timer for "neuro-rejection" to kick in. The hi-jacker is unable to perform any learning at all for the duration of the hijacking once his training is suspended for the jump. The hijacker may not resume training until he is back in his.. uh, god-given clone. The true clone owner remains unaffected, though slightly disgruntled.
Perhaps security-related actions could have a temporary effect on the real clone holder for a temporary span until Concord figures out what's what. But this is mere icing, and not remotely essential.
To complement this, we will need a whole new suite of corporate tools. More hangars, and numbered accounts to which customers may submit or recieve payments, or through which corporate officers can manage and track projects.
We could have a lot of fun, and make a whole lot of people incredibly angry over this. Just think of the wars that could start when a clonejump trace is attempted. To prevent alt abuse, the would-be thief will need an equal or greater quality of clone.
I think it will make concern over alts seem rather paltry and increase the general paranoia.

Not quite. Once you go back to your old clone, Concord figures out what's what and applies any of your bad deeds to your normal clone.
Using fake clones as a way to visit Jita would be viable, but the huge expense of it should pretty much vastly diminish any Jita savings you would get as opposed to just contacting a local manufacturing or transport corp.
I've always wished corp tags should be assigned to vessels anyhow in the event of wars.
Also, we could pro-rate the expense of the process according to one's security status or perhaps the difference with the target, simply with the idea that Concord is watching them more closely anyhow, hence the hush money.

Well hijacking of clone - not help. You must have not just clones, but passwords, access rights and etc. All this you cant gain just hijacking clone :)

Don't like to sound so negative, but this must be the worst idea I'we seen.. This would seriously mess up the fragile trust ppl have in EVE and it would give ppl more to complain about. And thus ppl leaving EVE-online. I bet CCP don't want that.
