OK folks,
The following character is up for grabs, he has t2 torps, cruse, rockets, and the skills to fly all t2 frigs. He is awsom as a mission runner with caldari lv4 agents, can make a fortune in the belts and can hold his own in PVP.
My reason for sale is because I have too many characters and the wife is not happy with me!!
Rules:
 start bid and reserve. 2 bil.
Bid incriment: What ever.
Buyout: OK 4 bil
Sniper: 2 mins
Auction end: Wed 27 Sept 06 at 1800 EVE time.

Notes:
1) this skill tree is not entirley correct as has completed cloaking 4 and he is now training caldari cruzer 5,
2)This is the second time I have tried to sell this character and my time was waisted by someone, If you post buyout you have 1 hour from me confirming you buyout to pay or the character will still be aviable for someone else to buy. so if You post buyout and then 10 mins later someone else does if you waist my time I will contact the other person.

This character is going to be re-advertised within 24 hours when he has completed cruser lv 5.
Till that time I am giving people an option of offering me buy outs either here or in game.
I need to raise 4 bil but I know it wont go for that, the highest offer over the reserve in my head will get it.
