I warped to the better one and proceeded to do the complex. It took a couple of hours, I never left system or logged out, but when I looked at my scanner for the second site, it needed to be probed out again. I thought they stayed at 100% if you stayed in system? Has this changed?

I would consider this a bug. Until it's fixed, bookmark your sites. I have a "Recent Signatures" folder in my bookmarks for that purpose. Sovereignty and Population New Mining Mechanics

My bookmarks look like 'Radiance 1-19' or 'HQ 1-18' etc. BM'ing them is an old habit, in case I get run off and want to come back later. Only 3 pilots came through system and they all passed through in 20 seconds or less. Yeah, same sig numbers also. I think it's a bug.

If this is the case and you can not warp to a bookmark then it is a bug I would think.

Droped depot, scanned site, swap two modules by fitting service, site was still at scanner.
