For nearly 5 years any bounties or loyalty points I have earned in fleet have been automatically split evenly between every person involved.
I have just been informed that it's possible to claim 100% of them.
Is this actually a thing and if so where would I find this option?
I am confused and need to be enlightened.

Just reset notifications and pick the option you want next time you run a mission.

If I am think about the same thing I know in missions the person who is running the mission can select the option to split the rewards or keep them for himself. This usually happens when you complete the mission and go to turn it in. Not sure if this is the thing your looking for, nor do I know about the bounties. |

Bounties are ALWAYS shared.
The mission rewards (ISK, LP, standings) CAN be shared. You might have to reset the "notify me" ability if you at one time ticked the "never show this annoying pop up again" tickbox.

If it him with actual other players...yes, very weird.
But I have used the system in the past with my traders. Accept mission with trader, fleet with mission running character and run mission. But all awards go to trader to get standings up ASAP.

If the fleet is all your own pilots, (the mission runner, the booster, and the salvager) it can make sense.

This is why I maintain a shooter character whose standings get wasted, and two logistics characters to take hits but provide support. Yes in missions, not that I have done any recently, but if they were to start again, that's the plan. This way, you can participate in separate NPC organizations' PVE with the same relatively small set of characters.

This is simply not true. Following years of extensive field testing and interviews, I can confirm the rate of blindness is completely within the acceptable margins.
Also, grandma should not be informed. Either don't give her your twitter information, or stop twittering you self-gaming activities.

I simply offered to help replace isks I had destroyed by blitzing some missions and the dudes paranoia outweighed my generosity.
