First of all i have a question, whats caladari player's Percentage in eve?
should CCP Seed BPO evenly?
Iam gonna give an example to help me explain.
Aamrr 10,000 players
Gallente 20,000 players.
In this case will it be moral to seed out 10 Absolution BPOs and 10 Astarte BPOs?
or 10 absolution and 20 astarte?
If a Certain race is over populated, CCP shouldnt go out and try to make it an even number by seeding equal ammount of BPO's, as far as i know, BPOS are seeded evenly Regardless of how many people play each race.
Yes i do want Caladari hacs to be cheaper, i do want to see more people fly cerberus a and vagabonds to combat without 4-5 stabs.
and i do want amarr ships to be nurfed  k just kiddin.
Unfortunetly this is a HAC whining THREAD in its own Disguise, no i didnt loose a hac this month, its just a future Refrence for CCP to consider next time when they release any form of t2 ships/weapons bpo.
it is too late to change the HAC situation right not, we can just hope that CALADARI's wont get screwed up like this each time because of our population.

Lots of caldari players fly gallente or amarr etc.
Pretty pointless looking at no. of players, it's the SP distribution that matters.

I'm hoping that the new T2 stuff (i.e. reverse engineering) coming out will fix most of the problems in the T2 marketplace.
I would have thought the simplist solution would have been to keep seeding the market with T2 BPOs (even via the current RP methods...) rather than having a fixed (small) number of each BPO out there. The rate would have to be chosen by CCP naturally, but I'd think something of the order of 1-5 BPOs of each type per month getting released would help a lot without destabalising the market too much. Even if the megacorps bought them, at least they'd have more BPOs to use to manu the t2 items (I'm guessing their current BPOs on the "hot" items are running 24x7)
That might keep some kind of price control on some of the more nutty price increases we're seeing in the T2 market as more and more players have the skills to use them.
A fun example of this is Modulated Strip Miner 2s which have rocketed up in price over the last few months, from around 10m/unit to 20+m/unit now.
Similar price jumps can be seen in most of the t2 drones, and I'm sure loads of other places.

Have you looked that the price of a Caldari HAC Compared to say an Amarr Hac?
that's the balance.. More caldari, less T2 BPO's per person.. so less ships available.
I'd like more as well, but hey.. not going to happen.

what makes Devs do something?
well the only time i saw devs respond is when almost a 1000 players crashed jita. for a corp name change of some sort.
