I'm sure this will have been asked many times before, but as theres no way of searching I have to ask it again, sorry.
Is there any way of stopping the client from displaying the EULA every time I load the game? I'm sure that its sufficent to accept it once, rather than every day.

I would guess not... as i would say the EULA could change at any time, so to cover their backs CCP will put it there at start up, in case it changes?
Of corse you _do_ read it through every day before accepting... dont you? ;)

plus i mean on the whole 1 to 10 on the apathy scale.. i think this is pretty high up...
i mean pressing one button is such a chore... (oh, and reading it all of corse)
However i was annoyed with the patch that stoped auto typing my password :p

I don't blame them for taking that out, I think most online games disallow it now because of security issues with storing passwords locally.
And no, its no big deal really having to press an extra button its just that I've seen a post saying that theres a way to change this via a config file but no exact details. So if its easy to change, it'd be a bonus :)

yeh i relise the password thing was nesseary... but so many more buttons to press!
It is a fair point... i would guess it would be in the prefs.ini, but i have no idea really... so don't listen.
Tried eve-i? they are normaly more useful... :)

The reason they make you accept the EULA every time is for some legal reasons.
The reason the save password thing was removed was that there is a possability of account stealing involved somehow.

You can't bypass the EULA automatically anymore, at least not without a binary path to EVE. They removed the old "dontWantDisclaimer=1" option from prefs.ini
You can still make it save your password though, by adding "networkAdvanced=1" to prefs.ini before starting EVE. Don't mess with the new options though ;-)
