Implants can be included in the cost. Please read rule 7 of the Character Bazaar.
Regardless, the implants are heavily discounted and 13b is the minimum I will accept. |

As someone has already stated, implants don't normally increase the value. Though they do to you, to others they may not. In comparison, if someone brings a 2002 car in, and the buy value of the car is 5,000 dollars, that is the value. It doesn't matter if the owner put 1,000 dollars into the stereo and speakers, 1,000 dollars on performance tires, and 2,000 dollars into the engine, and another 1,000 dollars for Lambo Doors. He may hope to get 10,000 dollars out of it, and that is fine. Though still, the value isn't worth that. What if the implants you have aren't of use to other people and they're going to replace them anyway?
With that said, I think 10B is a fair offer. Good for 24 hours. |

Other people can place whatever value they like on the implants and character. I don't really care what value you allocate to what.
The price for this character is 13b. I will not accept any less. |
