Warning: I ramble, ADD readers skip to second-to-last paragraph.
So, long ago, pre-dragon, I set out to work for the Federation Navy in hope of getting myself a Gallente Navy Comet, because, face it. It looks sexy.
Having neither the skills nor the computing hardware for L4s, it's been slow going. I'm up to about 45k LP (Ok, so I can't concentrate on one thing constantly) with my L3 agent, and I've yet to recieve any Comet offer. EVEinfo's offer database lists a 1-run BPC for 10k LP + 50 mil, but I've never recieved that. They also list one for some tags + 50k LP.
However, Dragon seems to have tossed it all out the window. I recieve an offer around every 4-5 days, despite running at least 3 missions daily, but that's another thread.....sorta'.
So, long story short...do the non-BS offers still exist? If so, what do I need?

You get offered from the top 10 lp levels... at 45k lp your well beyond the 10k offers.

I know most of the BS/cruiser offers were gone for some time (only the tag-offers were available), but somewhere in the last few weeks some new offers have been introduced (100k lp + 20 mil faction cruiser offer, 500k lp + 200mil faction BS offer)So i guess the same applies to the frig offer. So with a bit of luck you will get an offer soon (though you might want to take one of the other offers to get back to a bit above 10k lp)
Oh and you only have to do 1 mission after each offer you've got, any more does not speed-up the rate at which you agent gives you offers.

I got an offer for exchanging on gallente interceptor for another, if i pay for it.
This was at 10k lp.
Some strange offers are in there, but they seem to be very seldom.

Looking at Caver's eve agent offers database, the lowest level comet offers appear to be at 30K LPs. I wasn't aware that there was a 10k LP offer.
I reckon if you keep plugging away to 50k LPs, you'll get a comet offer sooner or later.

Those comet BPC offers are now 30kLP + 10 mil = 1 run BPC, 60kLP + 20 mil = 2 run BPC etc.
Had one for 480kLP + 160 mil = 16 run bpc the yesterday 
So yeah just keep at it you should get one eventually.

Devs change these offers all the time it seems.
My first comet offer was at 50k LP + tags.. That was some weeks ago tho.
Anyone know where the Navy Vexor offers start ?

Depending what your standing is with the federation you might be able to get your ship from a cosmos agent for some tags. Migh be alot easier... if you have a 8.5 or 8.6(for Frigs) with the federation. I know these missions seem to be working I just got a republic fleet stabber for 30 gold tags. Could only take to the agent once my standing was 9.35 though(for cruisers).

Navy Vexor starts with 150k lp - you need Thons Tag for that.

I got 2x run Gallente Navy Comet BPC last week from a lvl4 agent for 60.000 LP + 20.000.000 ISK.
