Then please do tell us what Titan it is - Dont tell us who has it - just tell us what race is it - Also please note that every region in the game has been scanned every week to list the number of Titan BPO's sold.
There just are not enough bpo's sold to support the crazy rumours.

There is an old saying - Perception beats Reality.
"BoB has the first Titan or two" rumour is in the same category as the Weapons of Mass Destruction in a certain middle eastern country.
But to be honest - a rumour wins a thosand wars. But one thing is intresting.... The Rumour is now smashed, as per dev conformation. Perhaps BoB have got Titans being built, but for sure, they were not ingame as of yesterday. Who can say what the future holds, but the biggist clue is the number of Titan Skillbook's sold as well as the Number of Titan BPO's sold.

this will change POS warefare greatly!
now the attacker [if they have an amarr ttian] will have a massive tanking advantage. their capital ships will have no cap problems or very little cap problems! infact before where they used all slots for tank, now they may be able to use lesss low slots for tanking and perhaps add a dmg mod or two. two damage mods taking the place of 2 cap power relays would leave the cap ships with the exact same cap, but 44% more DPS!!
to this, add the fact that if the defending force send in support to kill the attacking dreads then u send in a doomsday blast killing all their non capital ships and most of their BS! thus forcing them to eiter suericde 50+ man gang or send in capital ships vs capital ships and take massive losses and also risk the attacking force sending in support
it will make POS warefare more interesting.

All you have is rumours and hearsay, it means nothing. Your opinions also mean nothing.
To be frank, ASCN are a far more cabable industrial alliance than BoB in their totality, so its really no suprise they have the first titan.

It's a shame that the physics of the game make the ship look very unspectacular when it has to move. It's very funny watching a titan wobble around.
