I recently joined myself, great bunch of guys and a good laugh on vent. We're part of a coalition in 0.0 space. The corp is over 2 years old and still going strong. There are great opportunities for the future here as well as the plans look good. So if you can mine or have PvP skills and are looking for opportunities in either area talk to Endis in game. =)
