Due to weekend work commitments in RL, I have brought the auction end forward to DT on Friday.
Provided payment is made by Midnight Friday (GMT) the transfer will be carried out before DT Saturday.

Does this buyout offer by any chance match the buyout he requested? or are you just trying to steal the auction with a hidden bid?
Because odds are, i'll outbid you if you didnt match the above.

it is a buyout offer, not a bid
the difference between 1.1 bil and 1.5 bil is nominal, the paticulars of the buyout are for the OP to decide if they like.
if refused your bid is still highest.
