do these exist in-game. they seem insane, but I havent seen any escrowed or available, so I assume they still need to be spawned ?

Judging by the price on some of the current Gisti and modified equipment, its gunna take an alliance pitching together just to afford them once they begin dropping

they would be cheaper than gistii a-types.
gistii one is easier to fit, and is more cap efficent. that is pretty important since the gistii a-type will run on hulks while the pithi one will not!
also dual pithi will not run on cerb, while the dual gistii does! again cap

a-type mods only drop in a 10/10 plex, and the highest lvl guristas plex is an 8/10. there's supposedly going to be a new 10/10 in each cosmos constelation, but i'm not sure if the cosmos constelations drop different stuff. if they still drop the normal pith loot, we may see the pith A-type mods start dropping in that one constelation, making it the most camped plex in eve.

gistii a-type shield booster, gistii a-type 1mn MWD, gistii a-type 1mn AB ALL drop from a 3/10 plex, and they are located in empire
gotta say, they are the most efficently farmed plex ingame :P
