I read a post on here recently but seem to have lost it...and an eve-search check turned up nothing helpful....
I am looking for a ship that will cut thru lv3 missions super fast(without looting)....
I heard the Arma was pretty good (been testing it and the hardest missions take around 25 minutes)
Any other suggestions out there? HAC's? BC's? Remember time is the issue and I am looking for the fastest bird for this task....thanks!!!!

Cruise Raven with 2 target painters and a sensor booster. If you don't care about getting the loot. Target as many as you have skill to target, Light them up and pick the next bunch. Warp out.

cerb, even without any expensive mods can sail through any lv3 mission. cerb will kill cruisers / frigs faster than a cruise raven with painters - and with no bs in mission to slow down the cerb, its fast - even fit ab / tractor to loot on the fly - its that easy in cerb.

for speed i prefer eatehr railox (still alittle slow) or a eagle. Eagle killes extreamly fast and doesnt need to move. and a webber and it pops even close frigs with ease. Missiles just take too long to kill compared to rails.

If u look for an absolute overkill try the machariel. its 6 ACs hit so hard and fast (due rof bonus and T2 tracking comps) u need 3-4 volleys to pop a cruiser (which takes about 6-8sec). Fit another 2 cruise launchers and u have over 500dps of raw dmg.

fastest lvl 3 mission ship is a zealot. 4 t2 heavy beams, 1 web, 1 ab, 3 heatsinks, 2 t2 adaptive 1 repairer. I use zealot to grind through lvl 2-lvl 4 missions. Take about 8 hours total. I can fly all hacs and command ships. Zealot is by far the best ship to grind through the lvl 2 and lvl 3 missions. Ship dies faster than you could lock. hehe

Rail Ferox is great and easily accessable. In my experience and Eagle isnt much of a step up.
I figure a Cerb would kick ass. But I dont have mine yet.
Obviously Command ships could kick ass too. But why wouldnt you run lvl 4s if you had one.

super overkill would be a navy raven with 7 heavys on, why heavys coz the navy raven gives rof bonus to lights and heavys and u never face bs's so heavys will kill frigs crusers and bc's vv fast, i use a raven with 2 painters and a F90 sensor booster, hardest mission takes lest tan 30 minutes and i loot everything except on the extrav missions were i loot the last structure only

ANy mission thats not an extravaganza can be finished within 10 minutes. The extravaganzas take about 30 minutes without looting or hitting the bonus room (Which is crap..sell the tag that drops to idiots who want it)

I have 4 million Skill Points and I wasted 600K of them on Gunnery, so my missle skills are lacking (Currently 650K as well). Anyway I can breeze through any mission and it's cheap. If you do loot, jsut BM the cans and go back woth a lot alt ship fitted with 3 tractors and full nano and a MWD. This is good for grinding crap loot down to make into ammo. (T1 BPO's= cheap cheap cheap missles and ammo)

A sniping brutix can't be beat:
7 x 200mm T2 Rails
T2 Sensor Booster & Tracking Comp + 2 named cap rechargers
2 x T2 hardeners, 2 x T2 mag stabs, 1 x T2 med armour rep
The rails give you to the ability to pick your target pocket whether it be 15k or 70k away.
With T2 drones you can push over 500dps which does speed things up a little |

8 x 720s ,
1 x web 1 x TP 1 x AB 1 x Tracking (faction)
3 x dmg 1 x dmg control 2 x nano 1 x rep / whatever u feel is needed maybe a plate? shrug.. shield hardly drops I kill that fast..
720 projects shooting so fast & deadly got to love it =P
infact I use to use projects on my apoc until I got my mach =)
