Thats this game is about. And this is, what we in Seriously Corrupt Information Industries, in short SI-FI, are working for.
We are a group of mature people. We enjoy our game play, we do, what we want, without any obligations to the corp and we prosper as a corp and as a community.
We know, what we are doing. We are a well balanced mix of experienced and new players right now in our growing community. That said, we sure have our goals for the game play itself. We are working on our future in 0.0 space for this corp. A place, we can call home and make our living in, as well as experience the most advanced features of the game.
We are not interested in skill points for a player, we are interested in the woman or man, behind that character in real life. Skill points will come during time. We will help you here and get you started with our training programs. We do this with happiness, as we know a good mate is hard to come by.
For our communications, we have a TS server as well as a website. You can find the link to the website below in my signature. Also, for our PvPers, we have a killboard, where they can compete in filling in new mails :-)

I forgot to mention an important point, but it should be obvious anyway.
RL comes first for us at all times. We all have a real life and Eve is just a game. So whenever you have RL issues, take your time for them.
For myself, i have a family, i have small kids, i have a house and a job. So i know, how demanding life is. And i'm not the only one here with a family.

Some update...
So far, we run missions as a team nearly on a daily basis. First internal PvP tournaments as well as 0.0 death frig squads for any player and skill level are coming up soon...
