After a couple of years' break, I returned early last year to a much improved EvE Online. I have loved exploration since my early days in the game and since my comeback, have spent most of my time wandering the stars. With the advent of Thera, I discovered the fine folks at EvE-Scout and became a scout. We began talking about a home--a haven really--for explorers (especially new players pursuing that career path), which led to the recent formation of Signal Cartel [1420.] and my role as CEO. I am really excited to be part of this project and invite other explorers to join us! Signal Cartel [1420.] is New Eden's premier home for explorers. We are a different kind of corp--one dedicated to the highest ideals of exploration: seeking to find what's out there just because it's there, respecting and not interfering with the natives, using our wits and pluck to survive and thrive, sharing our journeys with others, and remaining of good cheer no matter the challenges New Eden throws at us. We believe exploration is a great career choice and welcome active pilots who by nature are curious about New Eden, who are infected with wanderlust, who prefer slipping like lone ghosts between the stars rather than hunting for fights, who may be interested in exploring the mysteries of New Eden lore, who enjoy solitary adventuring but also appreciate the nurturing, support, and camaraderie of like-minded corpmates. How to Apply* Submit an application in-game. Visit EvE-Scout to review corp info and the corp credo. At EvE-Scout, complete the form for API submission and indicate that you accept and will abide by the corp credo. Thera definitely wouldn't be the same without them. Combined with Mynxee's leadership, I foresee some great things coming out of this! Ransoms are accepted in Isk, Mods, Ships, and Dolls.

It all gets back to the old idea that EVE is what you make it. And that it is very possible to create and maintain a positive environment where new players can learn in a stress-free, nurturing way without hateful, negative, nasty dialog--regardless of play-style. And I firmly believe that it is players who need to take the lead on that; CCP could not possibly be expected to police such things beyond what they already do. Can say it in a better way, and to me that's the proof i'm at "my place" in my way, and with all the people in the corp it's the same. Exploring wasn't present when I played years ago and for me, it's just what I missed in EVE. It is highly fascinating to me and there's still a lot to learn, do and see. I first gained interest after the Battle of Asakai came up on one of my social media threads. I would read some tories from time to time and once the Bloodbath came around I was hooked on EVE videos. I finnaly decided to join EVE after watching 'This is EVE' I am a casual gamer. I play my own personality. This means I like being helpful, I like being a healer, I like being stealthy, and I am never a really big warrior. One thing that discouraged me when I first joined was It seemed like I had three options. 1. I could join a corp that focused on pvp and I would have to submit to a playstyle I didn't really like. 2. I could join an indy corp and sit around rocks all day every day. or 3. I would remain solo as an explorer. I followed a lot of te #tweetfleet members and it is here I met Mynxee. As soon as she advertised this new idea for a corp on twitter I was super excited. When I got home from work I immediately logged on only to find that Signal Cartel was already up to near 100 members! My application was accepted almost immediately. Signal Cartel was everything I had hoped it was, and everything I had wanted from my game expirence in EVE since I first joined. This is how I play, or try to play, in nearly all MMORPG's that I play. If it was not for Signal Cartel and the wonderful explorers I would not still be playing EVE. Can't Stop The Signal

I decided to make a new pilot for exploration and to join Signal Cartel as the vision seemed awesome. I took a risk and resubbed, started training, and apped after a great convo with Mynxee. 2-3 days later and some ultra basic skills trained - shiny new T1 Frigate horribly fit - roaming in high-sec, jumping into low-sec via wormholes, scanning down sites, hacking cans, witnessing war, and meeting some awesome people. Best time I have ever had in EVE, and rekindled my fire for this game. One last thing - You cant stop the Signal! Fly safe, fly reckless, fly sneaky, but whatever you do...fly! Cheers 0/

Dedicated to the ideals of peaceful exploration, and always with the primary goal of keeping a fun and supportive environment. I played WoW for years and never had a guild as helpful and drama-free as SC. I've been playing Eve for less than a month, but I've never felt out of place or left behind from the more experienced players in the corp. It's just an awesome thing to be a part of.

I'm Ben, french and parisian, 32 (snirfl, I'm old) I play three accounts since 2009 and I mainly focus on indus and PI since this last bit was created. I looooove to produce, haul and trade stuff around. Since I've moved places IRL three times in the past year, I couldn't play much but now I'm back baby and thus looking for some fun mates to hang around with in null sec if possible. I would gladly bring my skills and time regarding PI production which includes fuels of course (duuuuuh). I'm not into pvp much, consider me as Switzerland without every farmer and their mom being packed in every household. I can manage 18 planets and produce lots of fuels and P4 at a time since I use 3 planets to produce and 15 to extract raw stuff. Among the pretty shiny ships I can fly are the Orca, all exhumers, battleships, big haulers. I also got good corp management skills if these could be useful. Therefore, if you're interested in taking in a PI madman in your ally or just let him put up a POS as a friendly neighbour who drinks up his white wine from his POS balcony looking at raw materials being sucked up to become isks, please feel encouraged to throw a bottle of oxygen threw my hull, I'll know what it means.
