If people with very similar names to you are scamming, you may be as well petitioning for harassment, because of exactly this effect - their victims are pestering you in the belief that they're you in disguise.

Baldour, somehow i doubt it. There is no way CCP can find out whether or not it was done on purpose or simply a co-incidence.

Nor they need to. If people are causing harassment to Jenny Spitfire, then a harassment petition is entirely the correct action to take.
