To start off Agent Repbulic Fleet Medicore agent -15% +10% Also offers Sec services and slaves Race Minmatar Location Pator Character Race Caldari (wonder if this is significant) Charisma 14 with implant Social 4 If anyone can think of anything else to add just say so.

Im not prepared to see the time ive spent on 460 missions flushed down the toilet without a fight. As i understand it the GM's dont have access to tell if any agent is bugged or not so the only hope we have is pushing this higher.

No bp yet. wife got hers at 277 with less charisma and less social skill. Has anyone with social lvl 5 gotten one yet? Everyone i have seen post that they got one has had social lvl 4. Got 5 other lvl 3 referals and 17 implants but that doesn't make up for all the time spent going after the bp reward. If it helps with your standings and standings need to be so-so to get certain rewarding missions then the skill is an obstacle, not a helpful tool, stay away from it, it does not work! Yeah i dont know there Morkt, Ive seen some dude shoot craps for 40 minutes straight without throwing a 7 when he was trying to hit his point. After about 10 minutes, the table was so full of bets that it took a minute or more for the dealers to pay people after each roll. It was farking insano! We couldnt lose I tell you, we COULDNT LOSE! Maybe 3-4 times he threw 7 on the come out roll that cleared a lot of the bets but at least payed the pass line. Oh well, whats the point? Anything can happen. Ok you caught me I just wanted to post about one of my greatest craps experiences ever. You cannot begin to imagine the uproarius celebrations that were happening at that table man..... But youre right it does seem that too many people arent getting their bps. What we need to know for certain however, is how many people actually gor theirs. -Othnark

Morkt Drakt	Posted - 2003.10.28 13:57:00 - [12] Othnark - yeah "but"... the missionis supposedly available after X succesful missions are completed (that nubmer of missions being what we worked out we could roughly predict based on attributes/skill) If you get the BP at that point, which "most" do, you are "lucky". If you don't get it at that point you are "unlucky" and may have to do another 300 missions to get it. The problem is the range and that if you dont get it "immediately" then you go off to purgatory. There isn't a "re-roll" one very subsequent mission with a chance to get the mission again.. or if there is it is infinitesimally small compared to the first roll (they change the dice). Something isnt working right - int he code as intended, and the way that code was designed tow ork is flawed in any case (imo). The range is way way way too massive, involves no player interaction or control and serves no viewable purpose in terms of gameplay, fun, interactivity, backstory, immersion etc etc.
Pirindolo	Posted - 2003.10.28 14:55:00 - [13] Edited by: Pirindolo on 28/10/2003 15:04:26 As Morkt says, it could work like this: Between mission # 250 and mission # 299 (275 is the average) you have a probability of getting the BP mission (given that you have the right standings towards your agent, his corp and his faction, etc). IMO that probability is 50%. Well, if you don't get it by mission # 299, the agent resets that probability to almost 0% again, and you have to start a new cicle that has necessarily to end by mission # 550 according to what the devs have said before. Why 550? Well, 550 is 275 x 2, and most likely again you will get twice the probability of getting the BP (50% x 2 = 100%). Then, If you didn't get the BP before the 300th mission, you will get around the 550th. I hope Zrakor will read this and answer that I am so wrong...

Anyway, if you want to try it, don't wait till the 299th. 260 would be a better number to start, in my opinion. But I didn't test it, so no guarantee of success, sorry.
