My shiney active fit ishtar. . Tanks 500 dps active with around 700 dps and is cap stable. Admittedly I had to swap out a drone damage amp for a second power diag because of small overall cap reserve.

This is a solid PvP kite Ishtar that's quite standard and cheap (well Geckos are quite expensive now but Praetors have quite close stats and a good damage type). It's also capable of some low level PvE. I use these in lowsec and they can easily do Guristas 4/10s and 6/10s solo without warping out just by tanking off the passive recharge. 5/10s are dicey and you'll need to warp out to recharge shields on the second room but it's still doable solo. Can also do lowsec anomalies and belt ratting well so it's very versatile. Great fit IMO. |

This fit tanks 678dps agaisnt guristas if you sit still, and if you are moving then no BS can do significant damage to you. Also this is a cheap setup, comparing to active setups with Gisti / pith boosters. And everything runs non stop ! |
