We are an industrial corp based in 0.0 and a member of the ISS. We moved to 0.0 6 months ago and have been busy setting up our Poses and infrastructure. We are surrounded by good ore, an ice belt with three types of ice, a 6/10 complex and lots of npcs with good bounties.
Now that the initial hard work has been done, we are looking to recuit more members so that we can take advantage of all these resources and oppotunities. There is alot of isk to be made here by all our members.
We are a friendly and laid back corp. We don't force members to join in ops and don't have any compulsory mining ops.
At the moment we are looking for more miners. Our aim is to build the corp up so that there will be 24 hour mining available (with protection and hauling) allowing members to mine regardless of their time zone.
The corp buys all ore and ice from members at good prices so there is no need for you to waste time hauling long distances. The more you mine, the more isk you make. It is that easy. You decide how much you do. And if you want a break from mining we also go npc hunting and run the nearby complex.
If you are a miner looking to join a friendly and relaxed corp offering all the benefits of 0.0 access, we are the corp for you.

1.5m sp should be enough to get you started with us. Even if you can't fly a barge yet, we still need people to haul the ore back to the POS. The profits are split between all the people who take part in each mining op, so you will earn just as much as the guys who have zillions of sp as it is based on time committed to the op, not the individual's skills or sp.
As you gain sp, you will be able to progress to mining in a barge, clearing the npcs and running the complex with us. We have a pool of ships available for members to use, so all you need to do is come out to our 0.0 base. We will even escort you out to us :)

I'm also interested in your reply about stock distribution. I'm a max-skill Carrier pilot who wants to focus on Moon Mining and 0.0 industrial life, but am very tired of not owning a piece of the Corporations that I've belonged to. The ownership of stock has become a critical issue with me. If your corp provides a means to receive stock in exchange for investments and roles, please contact me in-game or via evemail.

Gallente Dreadnought I
Gallente Carrier V, Fighters V, Clone Vat Operation I (Got a Mothership laying around?) 
2 full POS setups and fuels for 6-8 months operation.

Have been Co-CEO and Director of several corps.

What times most of the mining ops? Most of the 0.0 mining i have been a part of didn't work out well when PCs came in to ruin our fun... Do you have the military support to defend the miners? Would i need an exhumer?

A good question (and thank you for your kind words Coren)
At the moment we don't have any share purchase scheme for members. In fact, even the directors and CEO don't have shares.
However, we may well consider this in the future. A "share floatation" within the corp would be a good way of raising a large sum of money very quickly to purchase an expensive item. Maybe we will do this when we move to our next development phase and need to buy capital ship and component bpos.

As for your question Ite, we have members from USA, Canada, Mexico, Sweden and the UK. This makes our main timezone -5 to +2 game time.
Although we have guards on our mining ops, I'm pleased to say they only have to deal with npcs. We haven't (so far) been bothered very much by PCs. If you can fly an exhumer, great, but unfortunately we don't have any yet. Most of our members fly medium or large barges and we have plenty of communal barges at our POS. All you would need to do is take one, use it and then put it back in the hanger for the next person to use. Again, if you are interested, convo me.
Finally, this would be a good time to update our initial post. Since we started recruiting last saturday, we have gained 15 new but experienced members. We have set a maximum member limit of 49 (due to how the iss calculate the monthly membership fee) and we are quickly approaching this. If you are interested in joining us, apply now otherwise you may be too late.

A reply to the corp shares question from the carrier pilot.
Currently there are 1000 shares, issued to me. Share payouts are not done at all.
My role right now is POS management, fueling, logistics etc. A carrier pilot would help us a lot with this. Additionally, there are 3 nearby systems suitable for profitable operations through moon mining, but that much management (I am running 4 POS) is beyond my time available. An additional POS operator would help out a lot. So I am sure we could do a one-off experiement and see how it works out, if you want to join as a director doing POS operations. We would do extensive reference checks though.
Our recruitment will be frozen at 47 people with 2 reserved spots for at least 2 weeks, for me to train some leadership skills and to integrate all the new people that have joined.

Hiyas I am a 4.3 mil miner with barge 5 and exhumer 3 I can fly any barge or the nice exhumers once I save enough to fly them. I am tired of empire and am looking to join and work for a corp in deep space I would like to join your corp if you are interested.

What region are you operating in? I'd like to know what part of space before i move anything
I can fly a T2 fitted covetor, and will be doing exhumer training eventually. I can fly a freighter, and have near perfect building/refining skills
