It is my distinct pleasure to formally announce the creation of EVE's second ever mercenary exclusive alliance (as far as I am aware), "Executive Outcomes". The alliance has been formed from a number of like minded corporations for the purpose of offering far more versatile services and allowing for more satisfactory results, quicker for our clients. Apologies for the lateness of this announcement (EXE has been up and running for a while now) however we have been rather busy and self publication has not been necessary as of yet. I believe you should actually get a decent reputation or corps with a decent reputation as mercs, before you decide to create an alliance.

We have been doing the merc thing for a couple of months now. So we of course dont have the reputation MC, then of course who does? You say "no offence" but that is exactly what you were doing by saying that. This thread was not made for your comments or that noob that flamed earlier, so just move along trolls.

GL guys... although somehow I doubt you will need it, Major Riven is an outstanding FC and Boofer is probably one of the best people persons in the game. FOFF are certainly a top notch outfit.

Ok not sure if I will get an honest answer, but here goes anyway...
There are tons of Merc corps and 3/4 Merc alliances now. Is there really enough work to keep them all occupied? Are all merc contracts genuine or are they just cover or an excuse for certain corps wishing to war dec empire dwellers.
I am sure some of the big Merc corps have genuine contracts but I am sure the prices for these are astronomical and restricted to the employ of the largest alliances. So even if the smaller merc corps get genuine contraacts is the isk there to make it worth their while? I suspect that the loot is better than the pay in some cases and therefore ample reason to war dec someone anyways. Just asking and no I dont have a problem if people war decing empire dwellers for the sake of it. Kill 'em all I say 
The idea of Merc work appeals to me to be honest though I dont think I could handle all the travelling.

Tbh you would be surprised how much work you do get offered as a merc corp. R.O.A merc'd for 3-4 months fulfilling many jobs and making a fair bit of isk.
However the moving around is the hardest part and we fell back into alliance life.
Anyway, GL Execuitve Outcomes, may you have many a decent contract.

So do I, but it's not original. Executive Outcomes were a RL Mercenary organisation, based in South Africa and made up of former SA Special Forces.
They were very good at what they did.

this is a real mercenary corporation name which was based in south africa and had been implicated in several military operations in africa....not ever clean things

All but one of our standings were reset, some are now positive/negative due to diplomatic negotiations & hostile acts, in FIX's case the reset button seems to be broken at this point in time.
I liked the way you worded it Imode :) see, i can still smile even when FIX is mentioned.

there are 4 mercenary alliances to my knowledge, MC, Triumvirate, Mordus Angels and now you guys. And regarding work, yes there is plenty, and there is plenty of room for a few alliances dedicated to it, due to POS and capital wars, many people have money but not the pilots to fight such a war leaving mercs to fill the gap.
