Its acutioners decision which sniper version to use wither it be rolling or fixed there is no mention of a rolling sniper rule so it looks like a fixed sniper rule which would make your bid invaild and sigal bid of 2.8 would stand.
And why did you increase now after auction end time even though uou had plenty of time to bind before hand.Also could you post with your main to make this look less dodgy & scam like.

It is not my fault that I am the only one who knows and follows the auction rules.

Why don't you petition it and see what they tell you? You might want to show your corp first, though, as you are currently posting against the forum rules as an "alt" post.

Well, it is not my decision. I am not the auctioner. The poor guy is going to get online and read this, though, and mumble something to the effect of "wtf?"
My guess is that you are going to be disappointed, though. I don't see why he would choose a bid 550 mil less than mine by someone who did not follow the auction guidelines.
I guess time will tell. I have won this auction, officially, now, as I see it. Gate Runner, please evemail me the account to send the isk to, or if you decide to take the lesser bid for some crazy reason let me know that too. Sorry your auction got so muddied up.

Auction closed, winning bid. As far as the snipper rule, most places I've seen it, its 15 minutes from the last bid.
