Sorry Delta, but you fail to see a lot of logic here:
A. New character =/= New player, you might aswel be an alt character that is scouting for an enemy fleet / cyno-alt for hotdroppers etc.
B. Outside the Rookie systems, you and anybody else are following the same rules, so there was no violation of what so ever. You got shot, in a PvP game, HTFU (not meant as an offense, but as a "warning" that it will happen even more).

Never judge anybody on their spelling / grammar.
Hell, if I ask you to type in Dutch, I will be laughing non-stop cause of all the errors you make (aka, not everybody is native English speaking nor all countries will teach any form of decent English lessons).

Just a head's up this is not a warm fluffy game. If you go into low or null sec you will be shot at by pretty much anyone that sees you. Noob or vet no one cares. This game is harsh and brutal, you either are ok with that or you look for another game.
The Devs pride themselves on the cruel nature of the game see this CCP falcon post or the HTFU video to get an idea of how the Devs feel about the harshness of Eve.

I remember newbie systems being virtual "graveyards" back in 2009. Vets would steal from newbie jetcans and laugh as the newbies shot at them helplessly. One particular time I undocked and saw this little "green frigate" with these white "x"s flying all around it... it was blinky red for some reason and everyone was trying to kill it. And everyone was dying within seconds of those "x"s swarming them. I thought it was AWESOME (even though I died too).
That's when I learned about drones. That's when I made using drones to the best of my abilities as a goal. 
NOTE: to my knowledge... the Vets would often reimburse any newbie they popped.
Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective.

His spelling mistakes are not in keeping with someone who does not know the language well IMHO. In fact they suggest much more either deliberate mis-spelling or at least a native english speaker who is UNBELIEVABLY bad at writing. No biggy, but i felt like shooting him by half way through his first post. |

Didn't watch or do the tutorial? Tells u that death is part of the eve lifestyle. It is why there's clones. I've started 6 days ago and doing the tutorial has been a great help and learned a lot about eve. It's dangerous space out there, pirates, hostiles, or just jumped into a Corp territory and they don't know if your friend or foe so boom, your dead. Fly safe |
