For anyone who’s been on Eve more than 6 months, I think its quite clear that something has gradually been changing during that time, I can remember clearly when this issue was barely noticeable, where as now it seems to Everywhere.

most of the people asking for balance play this game for 3+ years

Allot of sensible threads and unhappyness/ Whining / Flameing etc are the old chars who seem to get slowly screwed over with poor server reliability, Dodgy GM ruleings and a whole host of game balance problems and general gimping. And reading pointless threads written by a few month old chars.
