And heres my 2 cents worth.
Everybody in EVE should have access to them. At all times. No farming cause it dissapears once your done. And safe from PVP once inside is a great idea. Cause I kno plenty of sharks will wait till your damaged and jump you.
My greatest achievement is constantly being underestimated. |

What you want is the server instancing the complexes, and on top of having complete access to loads and loads of isk, you want it to be safe from PvP?
You don't see anything wrong with that?

I am anti- instancing as far as the complexes being 'safe' goes
If the NPC pirates can get there and so can you, then so should everyone else who wants to
I am however, all for temporarily spawned plexes.
IMO the logs dropped from rats in 0.0 and empire should start pointing to temporary plexes

Also, modules should all show up on your ship and be pretty colors, with complete sets! But you can only find the good stuff in these protected plexes.

Not only that, but they should require 40 people to do, and have a tiny chance of dropping each piece of loot. These will then be "genebound", so that only that person can use them, and they will be cloned along with you, so you can never sell or lose them. Make it so that you have to repeatedly grind them so that you can get a full set of loot to be able to compete and start on the next complex. That's called "content", don't you know?
