Dear Viceroy and Corp,
Some time ago you may renember 10KAD and SI Being part of the same "pirate allience".
Whilst we were in this allience I accidentally attacked and ship killed (but not podded) one of your players in a Rupture.
In order to maintain good relations I promptly transfered 10 mill compensation for the cost of ship, some good mods and the general inconvenience I had caused.
A few weeks later you were camping a gate with some of our players and decided to turn on us for no apparant reason.
You killed two cruisers and podded both players.
Now that you have (apparantly) rejoined the "Pirate Allience" I ask you if you will be compensating the 10KAD players you podded when we were previosuly allied.
I take it that you are men of honour and that you will be looking to do this A.S.A.P. If not is has to be asked how serious you are about those that you are allied with?

Why would we compensate C10KAD for what happened weeks ago?
If you want us to take things seriously, don't come with silly requests, especially not on a public forum. talk to us in private..
I dont thing you'll get anything back, though as the matter was over and done with way back then. (if not, why've you waited so long)?)
It's also a SI badge of Honour if we pod you when camping. It's a sign of respect.

This is not a matter that should be discussed on the PUBLIC forums (with the NVA PR monster lurking around ). if anyone is being silly it is Crusaders, for opening such a matter here. if you think we're going to even discuss this here, you're obviously mad.
And i dont think that situation could be reversed

At SI we have a long tradition of 'having fun'.
There are times when camping gets a bit tedious, and too keep everyone alert we sometimes have a bit of fun with eachother.
Its also naieve to believe you are safe when you have a huge bounty. I think Viceroy has made numerous posts about it on the public forums no one is safe next to him with a huge bounty, including Invaders.
Podding eachother is also a token of affection, when you care so much for someone nothing beats having them close when you need a hug. Having their corpses in your hangar makes sure you can get a nice cuddle of your friends when you need one.
I think its all a terrible mis-understanding of the warm intentions SI has. It should be taken has a sign of respect, a fun jest among friends.
I can only dream of the time Viceroy will give me the honour of being locked by his guns.

Compensation?
as you have mentioned, we are now in cahoots with Biomass.
Members of biomass have, in the past, cost me around 20-25Mil in ship/mods/cargo losses.
Do I ask for compensation? Hell no.

Pirates are good for EVE and i have a lot of respect for them, but you guys are a disgrace. why not admit who you really are?! COME OUT OF THE CLOSET! lol

Er I have never heard of you, your corp and have absolutley no idea what you are going on about.
However:
I cannot be online 23/7 and there is every possibility you came accross some of our miners who had to flee as they were not equipped for combat.
We are a large corp (albeit with some alts and moles no doubt) and whilst there is a "p v p hardcore" we cannot keep track of what everyone does.

I cant believe you are all trying to hide your exploit behind being bad asses. Im willing to guess that the 10,000 AD guys you podded had bounties on them. Im also willing to bet that all these players you kill while they are next to you are in crap ships. You realise how you are making the game crap for everyone with this?
What is the point of anyone placing bounties when you collect them yourselves. This means that you will no longer get bounties after a while and then no one will bother coming to hunt you!! !(= boredom) oh wait thats what you want anyhow right? You want to pod shuttles and not have to fight kitted out players who are ready to shoot back...

... It's all the result of spending hours in that ectoplasm-filled capsule, out in deep cold space. Wreaks havoc on one's sinuses and might cause chronic headaches if it continues...
Need to keep the ship warm with frequent warps, or at least spend more time out of the capsule and flying on the backup manual controls ;s

I have been podded 16 times in PvP combat
14 of them by my own corp  'oops my guns stuck on' 'im sure you had more hull'
This figure might rise when I start attacking Battleships in an executioner (good fun watching guns try to track the smallest frigate)
Frigates are so much fun 
One day a pirate will see an armarda of our corp members arrive in executioners and start orbiting like drones
