With the addition of new better looking turrets, the colors that differentiated t2 mods from t1 mods were flip-flopped from what they had originally been. As someone who pays close attention to details such as these, the fact that my t2 large heavy pulse cannons actually have the 'noobish' blue lighting, instead of the orange, is actually quite annoying. I don't think that CCP is aware of this minor flip flop in colors, but I would really appreciate it if they were reverted (as far as amarr is concerned) to Orange lighting for T2 weapons, and blue lighting for t1.

CCP's color choices are generally questionable.
Dark shades arre automatically cool? Since when? Monochromatic ships, bland colors, tiring colors, complete lack of more vibrant colors.
Just look at the Primae, excellent color choice, some yellow for the industrial loading bays, some blue here, it's a lively ship. Then the Noctis, it's just a **** **** dark grey blob with a hint of red.
FFS Even with turrets T2 automatically means darker color. **** |

On the subject on gun colours, are the colors for specific ships gone? The autocannons on my ishtar are red/rusty instead of green/blue/whatever they should be for the new scheme... And the rails on my thron are blue instead of green...

I havn't noticed being an amarr pilot and amarr ships generally all being tan and guns likewise. If that is the case for you though, then CCP really needs to have the ol' sit down with the art department. |
