Last few days I've been dropped in about 6 regions, from high-sec to Syndicate. A corpie who is usually rock solid has been getting bounced all weekend, too. Anyone else seeing connection issues? |

i have been getting disconnected a lot but it's not eve's fault, i get disconnected entirely from the internet for about ten seconds at a time, i think its a problem with sevice providers. do you use comcast by any chance?

yeah in the last week i've had loads, at first it seemed to lose connection when i'd alt-tabbed out of the game for 10 minutes and i tried to type something in chat and it said connection lost, thankfully it was ok when i was keeping busy.
2 or 3 days ago i'd lost connection twice within 15 minutes while in a gang in low-sec both times i was in a safe-spot with a few other gang members so nothing bad happened. I get random connection drops every day now, first 2 months of playing eve i never had a single crash.

About 11 times today, almost lost my ship 3 times and tons of drones I just couldn't be arsed scooping up.

Ditto been getting alot of drops recently just thought it was my router been arsey

Yup, since the patch, I have had plenty CTD's (and it's not my connection), where as b4 was fine

No drops, but a lot of lag in The Forge from Jita. I picked up a ship there today at 698 users, I could barely drag stuff to my cargo from items. Stupid low prices.

droped over 30 times ... after DT in Heimatar, Derelik and providence ... checked my internet connection ... working flawless. this has never hapened before.

While doing missions for a certain pirate faction i get a lot of Drop as reward.

Lot's and lot's and lot's of crashes since last patch.
A real pain. As far as I can tell not my end, as other family members use the same lan with no problems.

Yup, happened a few times. Unable to reconnect to Tranq. Mind you, I could still see the forums or the testserver, but tranq didn't even relay info to my client. No amount of players displayed, not even saying if it was up or not, just timed out.
It would take a certain amount of time (more than 10 minutes) to be able to connect again. Normally I almost never disconnect.

Had 3 "lost connection to server" errors this Sunday in Sinq Liasion (sp?) & 1/2 my corp mates would get dropped at the same time. Fair enough there where 28k players on at the time, but this is actually the 1st time its happened to me!

The Wars in the south are responsible for some of the disconnects. As soon as something bigger than 20vs20 happens, node crash! If you are on the same node - and this can be any system anyware in eve, you get droped as well.

Ahhh, totally forgot about the BoB/ASCN adventures. That's prolly it.
No Comcast here. I have Verizon fiber connection, and all the testing on the line says it's still fine. |
